Enjoy Ka'anapali Beach in this beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath highly upgraded corner unit! It’s high level on the courtyard side of tower one has a wraparound lanai which allows for sweeping views of the ocean and the mountains! You won’t find upgrades like these in most rented condos: a spa tub, wine cooler, Subzero paneled refrigerator with refrigerated beverage drawers in the dining room, a Wolf range, Wolf range hood, and Wolf stack of microwave, oven, warming drawer and Travertine flooring. You will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare beautiful meals including new Anolon pots and pans, new cast iron dutch over, Cuisinart mixing bowls, plates, flatware, wine glasses and more. There are two new upgraded sleeper couches with 8” mattress. There is a new 65” Sony OLED TV in the living room and 55" Smart Samsung in the master bedroom and a 45” Smart Samsung TV in the guest bedroom, all with DVRs! All three TVs are Smart TVs so you can log into apps like Netflix and Hulu and watch your favorite programs. We have password protected 5G WiFi and extended cable TV channels. The window coverings are Hunter-Douglas blinds and bedding is Lilly Pulitzer. The ceiling has been remodeled to allow for plenty of overhead incandescent lighting and there are three beautiful ceiling fans. This condo also includes a Bosch washer and dryer, new carpet, and paint. There is a large lanai table so the whole family can eat their meals together outside.

The Whaler, a premiere condominium resort, is in the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Ka’anapali Beach is recognized worldwide as one of the top ten beaches. The spectacular natural setting, along with the many amenities of this resort hotel, make it an outstanding paradise vacation for people of all ages. The Whaler recently completed more than 30 million dollars worth of property renovations and enhancements from 2010 through 2013. In 2017 The Whaler also completed a lobby remodel, hallway and door upgrades, and installation of solar panels on both towers. The Whaler features amenities include a recently remodeled state-of-the-art fitness center, two new tennis courts, a beach-side pool and spa, a beach kiosk for checking out free beach towels, a beach hut for beach rentals, an on-site concierge, free washers and dryers on every floor, underground parking, beach-side grills, and an onsite spa and hair salon. The superior location of the property keeps guests in the heart of some of the best shopping, dining, and ocean activities on Maui. Within walking distance are two world class golfing courses. Whaler’s Village shopping center is right next door and recently finished a 3 year long renovation, which includes new shops and restaurants. A paved promenade allows easy strolling along Ka’anapali Beach.
Ka’anapali Beach has much to offer. In addition to long walks on the beach, numerous water activities are available directly along Ka’anapali Beach including catamaran trips, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, whale watching, boating, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, jet skiing, dinner cruises, golfing, and luaus. It’s also a short walk along the beach to Black Rock where you can watch the cliff divers in the evenings or take the whole family for a swim with the turtles and tropical fish during the day. We love staying here and think you will too.

Great location in the complex. Wonderful views of the ocean, mountains, beautiful koi ponds and sunsets. Lots of sun and shade on the decks. Extra refrigerator drawers are an amazing bonus. Condo is comfortable and spacious. The second bathroom is more spacious than most 2 bedrooms in complex due to good renovation choices. Beds and bedding are very comfortable but can’t speak to the pullouts since we didn’t use them. Well stocked condo (amazing that they have 2 umbrellas and just note that one has a better frame for wind so if you don’t need both use that one for sure). Owner and property management were excellent to deal with.

Perfect Maui Getaway!

The location of The Whaler is ideal and steps away from the beach, restaurants, shopping and a short walk or drive to any activity you'd be interested in on Maui. The property was beautiful and the accommodations in the condo were high end and made us feel like we were in a home away from home. Words can't express how spectacular the views are from the lanai. We enjoyed the sunrise over the mountains and the sunset over the ocean. Page was friendly and welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be returning and recommending to others!

Fabulous Kaanapali Location!

The Whaler is our FAVORITE place to stay in Maui! The location is perfect--it is close to everything, but it never feels crowded. Only a few steps from Whaler's Village in one direction and Black Rock in the other direction. The pool and hot tub offer a great break from the beach, easy access to amenities including towel pickup and dropoff, beach chairs and a fitness room. This 2 bedroom condo is perfect for families--everyone has room to move, plus laundry to dry wet suits, wash your daughter's favorite sweatshirt, etc. The kitchen is well stocked! I appreciated the little things too, including ziplock bags and coffee filters. Eating in Maui is expensive so it helps to be able to make breakfast and lunch most days. There are large community grills on the main floor. We saw plenty of people grilling while laughing and sharing a Mai Tai. The condo also has plenty of books to read by the beach, and board games to play when you need a break from the sun. The sensor stopped working on one of the AC controllers, but the property manager had it fixed within a few hours. What more could you ask for?!? Thank you for hosting us Page! We hope to be back!

A magical, relaxing time in Kaanapali

As so many reviews have already stated, the condo is wonderfully equipped and furnished, and enjoys gorgeous views towards both the mountains (which ended up being my favorite view, surprisingly) and the ocean. Page, the owner and host, was responsive, helpful, and friendly -- just a pleasure to deal with, especially when we were concerned about what the area would be like to visit after the Lahaina fire. You won't find a nicer home away from home in Kaanapali.

Premier 5-Star Property! Has EVERYTHING and More

Beautiful condo, Luxurious. Incredible views of both the mountainside and ocean. We watched the whales from the Lanai every day. Amazing sunsets. Furnishings are gorgeous and owner spared no expense. The kitchen? Wow! All high-end appliances, and stocked with everything you need. Page, the owner of the property, is always available and communicated with us from the time of booking, to arrival, etc. I have stayed at the Whaler 10+ times. This was, by far, the BEST unit (and I have stayed in other fabulous 2-bedroom units. Thank you Page!

The Whaler is one of the best places to stay on Maui and this is one of the best condos. Walks on the beach and snorkeling at Black Rock. Recommend Trilogy for a sunset sail + whale watching.

Best time at The Whaler

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. We have stayed on this property in the past but it was the first time staying at this unit, it was the best. The condo is equipped with everything you need and more and it is beautifully furnished as well. Location is perfect too. We will definitely book this condo on our next visit.

Perfect place for our 4 adults and one two year old. We had 4 adults staying in another unit on property and Page and her unit were way better. Our room was the hang out and meeting place. The outdoor table was great for the 9 of us to gather around. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Kaanapali beach vacation

We were really excited to have a large space to call home for a week or so and feel comfortable as if it were our own home. When we arrived the place did not disappoint It was very elegant and gorgeous inside. The only thing better were the views. The wrap around lanai lets you take in both a spectacular mountain view and an almost direct ocean view. Both bathrooms were wonderfully appointed. From the jacuzzi tub to the rain shower we absolutely loved coming back to the unit. The location was perfect being next door to Whalers village for food and shopping. The beach was perfect for relaxing in the sand and swimming all day. Simply perfect. We would book again and again. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Maui

Paradise!

I can’t begin to tell you how impressed I was with this unit. From the decor to the appliances to the views. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. It has absolutely everything you would need in a rental property

. And more. The host was so accommodating and available at all times if we had questions. I will be returning to this unit without question. There is no better place in Kaanapali. Highly recommend !
