We only stayed overnight to see the bioluminescent bay, but this is a lovely property. Overall, the property is clean, the staff are friendly, and we absolutely would stay here again.
We booked the suite, not realizing until we arrived that it is a bungalow separate from the rest of the hotel, which was a nice surprise. Not that the hotel was loud in any case, but it's always nice to have some privacy.
The suite is plenty big for 2 people, with h high ceiling. The toilet and sink are a separate room, while the walk-in shower open directly into the room. The shower is big enough for about 6 people, if that's your jam. FYI, the crossbar for the sliding door is a bit low, so watch your head if you're 5'10" or taller.
As I mentioned, the suite is a separate bungalow, and it's behind the pool, which is behind a locked gate and only open until 10, so you're guaranteed quiet at night. There's also a tiny seating area just for the suite with some plants separating it from the pool. Again, these are all positives in my opinion.
Couple of minor negatives. This is in a residential area, and some of the neighbors have chickens...and roosters, they weren't too intrusive. Also, there is no view. This is on ground level and there are only a couple of privacy windows. That's about it. Book this place!
PS, the touristy section is a short walk away. There are tons of restaurants and bars there, but there are no other commercial amenities right near the Turtle Bay.
