Located directly on a serene, 310-acre private lake in the Pocono Mountains that is fed by natural springs and offers a delightful environment for fishing and breathtaking scenery. The area is surrounded by state game lands and water conservation areas, providing a contrasting experience that is peaceful and calming. The lake's tranquil waters are encircled by trees and generational private residences.

Indulge in swimming, power boating, water skiing, tubing, canoeing, and kayaking along the four-mile shoreline. Guests have access to the entire home and property except for:
• 1 locked closet on the main level, 1 locked attic on the upper level, 1 of 2 garages is locked and the shed.

Sleeping arrangements
The home offers four bedrooms and seven beds, providing space for up to eleven guests. On the main level, a bedroom with a queen bed opens directly to the deck. Upstairs, another bedroom includes a queen bed, a twin bed, and a toddler bed. Two additional bedrooms feature two twin beds in each room, with one upstairs and the other downstairs. A crib, a pack ’n play, and a bassinet are available, and each room includes ceiling fans.

The interior features exposed beams, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large windows that frame views of the lake and surrounding landscape. · Pick up and dispose of dog waste
· Dog must be kept on property – no wandering into other yards
· No wet dog in the house, no dogs on furniture
• Exterior cameras are on the property on the entrance door and garage to monitor occupancy
• Noise sensors on the property interior and exterior to monitor excessive noise levels
• No Parties, no smoking
