Welcome to Middle Rock Unit 2, located in Lake Cathie on the Mid North Coast.
Whether your in the area for a family holiday, couples retreat or work this property is a great base for your stay in Lake Cathie. Enjoy all the area has to offer, then return to unwind, relax and enjoy each others company in this thoughtfully designed property.
Middle Rock Unit 2 is able to sleep up to 7 people. There is a Queen bed to the main bedroom and the second bedroom consists of a trio bunk (double on bottom and single on top) and King bed.
The Unit is fully self contained with a Kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine.
Middle rock unit 2 is a short 1km walk to the Lake, just 150m from Middle Rock beach. and 900m from the closets grocery shop.
Please note - There is a permeant tenant living in the front unit and above. There is also a massage therapy studio to the front of the property.
