The room was clean and comfortable. The paint looked recent and added a touch of class to the hallways. Very little available for breakfast but the desk person explained that in advance and there are several places nearby so it’s not a big deal.

I recently booked this location by mistake and was unable to request a refund directly from the hotel. I needed a room at the location in Lake Charles, La. As soon as I received my booking information I noticed that the hotel was in Sulfur, La and reached out Expedia who contacted the hotel and was advised that the manager would be available the next day to discuss a possible refund. I tried calling the hotel and from Friday to Saturday evening no one answered the phone. I think this was very unprofessional.

Good but room for improvement.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Minor issues with the shower which I reported to the staff. My main issue was the bed. It was not comfortable at all.
