Easy check in. Ample space in the room. Very comfy parents, even my parents expressed so. The breakfast was my favorite. Very neat and organized with lots of options in each station. Totally worth breakfast being included. We are definitely staying here every time we visit Lake Charles in the future.

They could not get the key to work on our unit so we could only have one (master?) key for 3 people. Pool bathroom toilet not flushing. Although they provided filtered water station I believe the filters needed changing as the water tasted very chlorinated. The staff was the friendliest and tried to help us as much as possible but the key was a maintenance issue that they could not fix.

I called for room service was put on hold. Found out my wife had already done the same thing. Was left on hold for long time. I hung they did not call me or wife back. The girl at checkin and at checkout were friendly. The breakfast area was open but when we started which was after 6:30 we were told its a holiday and we don't start till 7 and they made us leave the are and closed the doors and were not very friendly about it.
