Horrible service. We stayed 5 days and received service only 1 time when we complained. Had to chase people down in the hall to get coffee/towels. The shampoo dispenser was empty. Discovered that only once IN the shower. Had to chase someone down to be given travel-size shampoos. Hotel/casino are old, needs updating.

Worse stay since we have been going there. Had to wait in line about 30 min because only 2 people at front desk working. Additional members came of VIP backed up but would leave after the line was down. Several food restaurants closed that evening. Shower gel/shampoo containers were empty when trying to takes showers after back from going out that evening. Notified front desk. Waited about an hour after calling back and going down to front desk. This was at 1130 that evening so didn’t take showers until almost 1230. Service just not good overall. I have always like L’Auberge but I guess that’s why more people are choosing the Golden Nugget

The room was very clean. What stood out the most for me was the comfortable bed. I only stayed one night and I didn't want to get out of bed the next day. I will definitely visit again very soon.
