I had a wonderful stay at The Marco Hotel. The room was lovely, with a stunning view of the lake that made the experience even more relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. What truly stood out was the excellent service — Andre was incredibly accommodating, and his hospitality made me feel right at home. His attention to detail and warm demeanor elevated my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lake Charles!

Elevator was out. Got to the room no towels had to walk back down stairs to lobby to get 2 wash clothes and was told someone would bring the rest to our room which they did. Bar of used soap was left on shower head. Flang on shower head was not connected to wall. Bed creaked with every move. Breakfast was very limited. Front desk had no idea about hotel’s issues (ex elevator being out, no phones in room). Tv was horrible. Tv remotes were confusing. Had 2 separate remotes. One for the tv and another for the cable. Floor was majorly uneven. No room in bathroom area. Literally just enough room to turn around in

The view was beautiful and the manager was very accommodating. Needing a knee replacement makes it difficult to get around and the Manager, Savannah, changed us to an accessible room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It is also convenient to downtown.
