The only complaints were that the water in the shower/tub combo did not get hot, only warm and it was pretty noisy. There were some guests near our room that were still very loud at 1 am. Had to sleep with a noise machine. Other than those 2 things, the room was fine.

The customer service was great. Everyone was very kind. The was place was clean and room was good. We were not thrilled with the location. One side of the building is the highway and other side was a busy road. We are light sleepers so we asked for a room not on the highway side.
