Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We would like to apologize for the for the issues you encountered with us. As we take great pride providing our guest with a extraordinary stay and have fallen short of this during your stay with us. I have met with each department head to ensure we are being more proactive and reactive when it comes to our product quality and our guest.

No one was around after 10pm to check us in for over an hour trying to call the number but it says to leave a message and message is full. Terrible place.

I did like the kitchenette feel, but the fridge insulation was falling apart. there was no soap..dish towel..or anything provided. there was no extra roll of tissue, or hand towel in the bathroom. For the bed to be a double it seemed xtra small, and there were only 2 pillows. The heat did not work either.

The room was basic. It had a kitchenette but you had to purchase pots. We had to kill a roach and so we checked out of the room. The shower curtain also smelled sour. We were thankful that staff gave us a refund.

((BREAKING NEWS)) things you must know beforehand

it was a pleasant stay and we will book here again when we come to town. 1. unless you are staying over a week there will NOT be any housekeeping for your room 2. you must go to the desk for clean towels 3. the beds are (double bed) full size so make sure you and your spouse will fit or inquire on other arrangements 4. there is FREE wifi although it says it charges your room $10 per week when accessing wifi but the hotel does NOT charge you. you can use multiple devices :) 5. room has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, hot water, and great a/c so it's great for the price
