The door had pry marks. We switched rooms 3 times and each one had this. The front desk was at a loss at first, but then later said it was from the hurricane. There hasn’t been a hurricane in quite a while. Also, the towels were stained and dingy.

$13. Per person for breakfast usually Holiday Inn breakfast is included. Rooms could use a little TLC. However main lobby was very nice. Bathroom towels were dingy & paper thin. Front desk Nichole was very nice and attentive. Bathroom counter & toilet too low. TV close caption, volume, & guide did not work.

My stay was overall good. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and everything else seemed to be in good condition. The only downside was the towels, they looked worn and could use an update. Other than that, everything was fine and met my expectations.

The room was really clean. We stayed one night and check out was at 11am but we did feel rushed to leave as house keeping came at almost 9am and started cleaning our room while we were at breakfast thinking we had already left. Other than that it was very clean and the Christmas decor was beautiful the check in lady was very helpful!
