The facility and Staff was very nice but the bar was closed on the weekend. We complained about a bad mattress that gave my husband a back ache and were told they are in the process of replacing mattresses and any discount would have to come from Expedia.

We stayed here a year ago and in that year the hotel has gone down a bit. Noise from the bar kept us awake. The A/C unit needs maintenance. The tub has a fast drop and also has black mold above the shower head. I can clearly see that it is from a leak from the room above. It’s bad enough that the water is soaked into the lower back side of the tiled tub wall. This really needs to be addressed. Otherwise things were fine.

We booked this hotel at the very last minute after returning from a cruise and deciding that we did not want to drive all the way back home. Check in was easy and quick, staff were friendly, the lobby was clean and inviting, and the water feature in the lobby was worth noting and mentioning.... just beautiful!!! The room was spacious and clean. Everything was in working order.... from the television to the tub and shower. We missed breakfast but the young lady was kind enough to give us some orange juice. Overall, a really great stay... no issues or challenges and yes, we will return.
