Twilight Luxe Lake Home is bold, moody, social, & unlike anything else in the Lake Geneva area. Main amenities include a Hot Tub, Event Lounge/ Entertainment House, Firepit, Spacious Grounds, Balcony, Grill, Themed Rooms, & multiple independent living spaces for groups.
Designed as a modern picturesque woodland-style retreat, this newer-designed home blends luxe comfort with entertainment-focused spaces. This stay was created for unforgettable getaways, celebrations, & magical nights together.
To ensure a safe, worry-free experience, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement, pay a small Guest Verification and Damage Protection Fee, and are directed to a secure Guest Portal where guests can access and manage information regarding the stay, reservation and property information 24/7.
HOUSE RULES & PROPERTY ADVISORIES
$1000 Deposit required to use the golf cart, the deposit will be returned less fuel usage cost.
Rental Agreement/Waiver signed before stay or booking cancelled for breaking rules
Driver of the golf cart must be 21 years old or older

To help maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for home for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following:
No Smoking, Fireworks or Vaping
Secure the Home - Please lock doors and windows when leaving and turn off lights, fireplaces, and electronics when not in use.
Garbage & Kitchen Courtesy - Kindly rid home of all garbage and food debris before departure or when leaving for extended periods to prevent bugs and other unwanted guests.
Exterior Cameras - For safety and property protection, exterior cameras are in use. Please do not tamper with or cover any monitoring devices.
Quiet Hours - Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM in respect of neighbors and local ordinances.
This home is near a Lake, please be advised of the following:
• Children must be supervised near the water at all times.
• Please respect neighboring docks, shoreline areas, and local lake regulations.
• Golf carts, watercraft, and lake equipment are only permitted where specifically approved.
• Wildlife, lake flies, uneven terrain, and slippery surfaces may be present — appropriate footwear is recommended.

EVENTS/SPECIAL OCCASIONS
Capacity 20 people, maximum 30 people.
Parking- 10 cars maximum, no street parking
Must pay additional Event Cleaning Fee if no catering company is hired to handle this.
The House Managers or Owners may check in to ensure local ordinances are in compliance such as parking & noise.
All events must end by 10pm.
