WHY RENT HERE . THERE IS A TON OF THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA - HIKING, BIKE RIDING, FISHING, GOLF, SHOOTING RANGE, BOATING, FRISBEE GOLF, HORSEBACK RIDING, MINI-GOLF, MOUNTAIN CLIMBING, ATV RIDES .

Short Walk to Ski slopes at Big Boulder. Short distance to lake/beach in summer.
Great game room with shuffleboard, digital pinball, pop-a-shot basektball, and another room with professional pool table, foosball table and large flat screen tv. An indoor hot-tub and 2 wood-burning fireplaces make this an ideal house for families and large groups. Free standing house wth four bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, cable, wifi, flat screen tvs, modern kitchen, keurig and regular coffee makers, outdoor fire pit (seasonal), and all the comforts you could want. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need to prepare great meals for your family and friends.
House is just a couple of minutes from the Big Boulder slopes. In the summer, the house has access to Big Boulder Lake Club with pool, beach on the lake, boats available on the lake, tennis, volleyball and much more.
The Boulder Lake Club offers a variety of recreational activities for renters including beach, outdoor heated pool, tennis, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, ladderball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong, horseshoes. Please check out Big Boulder Club for more information. It is open all week in the summer and usually weekends from Memorial Day to beginning of summer and end of summer to mid September.

Opening day of the Boulder lake Club is Saturday, May 24h.

Great house!!

Me and my sisters stayed here with our kids for MLK weekend. The house is perfect for big groups and the kids had a blast in the game room! Indaka was very communicative and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the space is nice and cozy. Great bonus is how close it was to Big Boulder.The hot tub could have been a bit cleaner and the jets weren’t very strong but still such an added perk.We already spoke about making this house an annual rental!

Wonderful stay

A group of us come to lake harmony the same weekend each year and this year was fantastic thanks to Indaka! She is super responsive and warm- you can tell she truly cares about making your stay fabulous. After booking, I realized that I didn’t see any photos of a fire pit and figured I’d shoot her a quick message to see if they had one (we were really looking forward to our yearly tradition of s’mores) Indaka quickly responded that she would be happy to put out a gas burning fire pit for us! She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The property itself is beautiful and there is so much to do if you just want to stay inside. We took full advantage of our first INDOOR hot tub experience which ended up being perfect because two of our guests couldn’t go in due to medical reasons but they could still hangout in the hot tub room with us without freezing their butts off. Kitchen has all appliances you could need for cooking. Everything was super clean. We will definitely be booking with Indaka again! Thank you so much for making our weekend amazing!

Poconos Family Vacation

We were especially impressed with the communication we received before we went to the property, during our time there, and afterwards. Skylar and Barry are very attentive to details. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen-dining-living areas were more than adequate in size and bedrooms were spacious. All of the games in the downstairs provided plenty of entertainment when we had a rainy day. The lake and pool are close and offer other activities besides swimming. We were extremely happy with the property and its location.

The game rooms were a big hit with the young adults and 10 year old. The house was large enough that we weren’t on top of each other. The area was beautiful. Not commercialized. The beach club was great. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

What a treat!

We had a really nice stay and this house was perfect for our group. We went snowboarding during the day at Big Boulder which was a short walk from the house, and at night we played some music in the large living room by the fireplace. There was plenty to do at the house and we took full advantage of the hot tub, pool table and foosball table. Barry and Skylar were great hosts quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you so much. We look forward to another trip in the near future.

Perfect Stay

This house was perfect for a quick Winter getaway with my family. We took full advantage of the games provided (pool, foosball and PacMan). The house was also walking distance to Big Boulder and after a long day of skiing, we warmed ourselves up by relaxing in the hot tub. Barry and Skylar were also very responsive hosts answering all our questions. We will definitely be staying here again.

Summer Week

Homeowner and son were great to work with. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with! The house is very dated and is in desperate need of some upgrades. The kitchen utensils especially need upgrading. The few utensils that are there look very used. They have virtually no usable knives—thankfully we brought one from home. I’m not sure if they change out the comforters between renters. And it’s not cleaned super well—there was hair in our shower. The house was fine to stay in but I hope they add/replace some pots, pans, cookie sheets, and cooking utensils soon. Barry and his son skylar were great and very easy to reach if we needed them!

Family Vacation

This house will work nicely for multigenerational vacations. There is a master suite for grandparents on the main level, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second level for adults , and a fun area for the children on the lower level which includes a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a single bed, a bathroom and game room with a pool table, foosball table and video games. The house is centrally located for Poconos activities and includes passes for the community center and pool.

Christmas Weekend Stay 2021

My family and I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas. Barry is very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The house is walking distance to Big Boulder. I would book one of Barry’s homes in the future.

Great Thanksgiving Weekend

Barry’s home is exactly as seen in pictures. Clean and spacious, we had a great few days. Since we were cooking for a lot of people, I’d say cutlery and cooking items were scarce. Under normal circumstances, what he provides is more than enough! He was very quick to communicate. Would love to stay again!

Lake Harmony House

First off any time we needed to speak to the property owner, he responds right away. Barry was great to work with and is very attentive to the needs of his guests. The house was just as described, it had something for everyone. We loved the community beach, and in the evening we relaxed in the hot tub. We also got to enjoy playing pool, or just relaxing.
