Summit offers the height of luxury in a beautiful mountain lodge setting. The first thing you'll notice is the design of the lodge itself. The large windows give you an uninterrupted view of the great landscape from inside.. Nestled among the woods, the views are breathtaking from any vantage point. The property is spacious and can house a large group of friends or family. The deck is large enough to accommodate a substantial get together. Adding to the outdoor appeal are an outdoor wood fireplace, gas grill, and dining table.

In fact, Summit was designed in a way that allows you to enjoy every part of the outdoors without leaving the property. Plenty of seating inside and out. Share stories, marshmallows, and memories (or make new ones!) around the outdoor firepit.

But these are not all the amenities at Summit. Starting with the kitchen, you'll notice that there are two of everything: two fridges, two ovens, and two dishwashers. If you feel like cooking a sumptuous meal for a large group—perhaps for a family event—the kitchen won't let you down.

The design of the lodge allows for people to move freely between the floors. Even those with less mobility, there's an elevator that can take them to the second floor without having to climb the stairs. Or if they like they can sleep in the ground floor bedroom. It's spacious and convenient and comes with a roll-in shower.

The lodge has its fair share of entertainment to keep you occupied. Starting with the high-speed wireless Internet, you'll stay connected with the rest of the world while streaming your favorite movies and shows as well. All bedrooms have a TV and there is a house-wide sound system. The game room has a bar and you can enjoy all kinds of card games there with your friends and family. There's also a pool table and a vintage multicade game. The Summit is the right place to enjoy your vacation in the mountains any time of year.

Grill hot tub are all great. There are NO seasonings or anything at all. No salt, pepper, foil, NOTHING. I carried stuff to grill, but no salt or pepper. As a full rental I wish there was some of that stuff. Rest of the property was amazing, loved the house, super clean and very cool place

Bachelorette Weekend

My sister is getting married and wanted to have her bachelorette trip in Lake Harmony. The house was absolutely perfect for our group. Very spacious, clean and pretty views from the decks. The hot tub was nice to have after we spent the day Saturday out and about. Plus, the two refrigerators and dishwashers were helpful. Would highly reccomend this property!

It is a spacious house. Decorated in a spartan style and rather dark. The management company does not provide adequate supplies for a comfortable stay. We did not even get toilet paper in all the bathrooms. Not box of Kleenex in the whole place.

Amazing Time

The house is absolutely beautiful! My family and I enjoyed our time at this home, everything was as described and we fit a family of 25 very comfortably. We had an issue with one of the toilets, called guest services and never received a return call but overall the weekend was great and so was the house!

Nestled in the woods, great house with space for a few families. Loved the indoor/outdoor gas fireplace. Added some warmth on the covered patio. All the amenities for cooking and food storage (2 fridges). Nice pool table and video game machine. We'll be back next June.

Long weekend stay

Clean, ample space, having double the number of kitchen appliances was a big help. Plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. House was very well built and maintained, and there were plenty of different temperature control options throughout. Only recommendation would be stocking some more kitchen staples, towels, and trash bags etc., although it’s very clear from the listing what is present on-site

We had a large group of 4 families with kids ranging from 5 all the way up to 12. The kids having their own rec room was incredible. There was plenty of rooms for all kids and families. Being so close to the mountain was also a huge perk!

Great House Small Yard

Our extended family really enjoyed this house during the July 4th (2021) long weekend. Every family had their own private room, and most had a private bathroom. The kitchen and common area were large enough for the 24 people with ages ranging from 18 months to 80 years old. WiFi could have been better. Communications was slow, but we managed. Not much of a yard. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and the house was comfortable. Every room and common space had its own temperature controls which was fantastic.

FREAKING AMAZING

The pictures definitely does this property no justice. My Family and I had great time for my Aunt surprise 70th birthday. Everything was wonderful. Didn’t have any issues. Love it will definitely rent again!!!!
