Please no smoking on the Balcony. There are designated smoking areas in the parking lot. Pool hours are 8am to 10pm No Glass is allowed in the pool
Do not leave trash bags in the Hallway. All trash should be taken to the TRASH BINS on the south of the property. No glass Allowed in the Pool Area.
Permanent Residents live full time in our community. Please respect their privacy and keep noise levels down. No party's or extra Visitors after 10pm.

I used to live in havasu, so im familiar with the property. That beind said, this propetty was beautiful! We booked it knowing it was close to the marina we use when we come to havasu. If you're a tourist and its your first visit..it is close to all restaurants, shopping, london bridge. Quiet! That's what we loved!! We will be back for sure!!

2-night getaway

The property and view was perfect- quiet and peaceful. The unit was very comfortable, including the beds! We walked to the breakfast, the London Bridge and along the waterfront park. I’d recommend a stay here for ease of exploring. The only small hiccup was after checking in electronically it said we needed to get a printed parking pass at the lobby, but the lobby was closed to renovations. We realized the message wasn’t updated and the pass is not needed -no real issue just some confusion.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay in newly remodeled condo. Walking distance to canal, London bridge, restaurants. Was able to cook all meals, condo had nice amenities. BBQ by pool was nice. Really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Wonderful location with view

I loved the location and the beautiful upgrades! It was very comfortable, clean and enjoyable. Love the design and the brightness. View overlooking golf course was great and it was surprisingly quiet which was nice. Host had excellent response time and super nice.

My Fiance and I have stayed at Queens bay over 20 times and have stayed in multiple condos. This one was very very nice. The view was probably the best we have seen since you are right in front of the golf lake and you can see the lake from the room. The host was very responsive !!

Wonderful place to stay

The property is gated and very clean. The view from the deck is wonderful for morning breakfast and watching the sunset in the evening. The condo is updated and clean. The beds were also very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous Lake Havasu Getaway

We loved our stay at this Queens Bay Condo. Beautifully decorated and comfortable condo with 2 king beds and a living room sofa bed. It was perfect for our family getaway to see the holiday boat light parade at the London Bridge. The hosts, Mike and Donna, paid attention to detail. They thought of everything a guest might need when they equipped the condo so we'll definitely stay here again.

GREAT update job- beautifully decorated and fully appointed condo at the QUEENS Bay resort. 3 smart TV's. Condo overlooks the London Bridge Resort golf course. Location was perfect- walk to the Village and view The London Bridge. Gated community, very clean. Nice warm pool with two hottubs.

Amazing Time

Mike and the property were amazing. I stay at many rentals and this is definitely one of my favorites. Close walking distance to everything. Very clean and perfect size for a family of 6. Mike was always available. We will be back for sure.
