Cozy 2 bedroom Park Model Home in Popular Lake Havasu City near London Bridge

Welcome to the "Little Hava House", a BOHO decorated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Park Model inside of Sam's Beachcomber RV Resort which is located on the Grand Island with a view of the lake and desert mountains including a big wrap around deck and steps away from the water. Our Unit is A66.
 
We invite you to come relax and enjoy our Boho decorated two bedroom, one bathroom private park model home in a resort style setting inside of Sam's Beachcomber RV Resort. Sit on the large wrap around covered deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks while admiring the partial lake view, red mountains, and beautiful desert sunsets.

The Master bedroom has a queen bed, the guest bedroom has a trundle with two twin beds, and the living room provides a Queen sofa sleeper. There is plenty of closet space in the Master Bedroom for storage. There are two slider doors to the large wrap around deck, one off the living/kitchen area and one off the guest bedroom.

On the patio deck, there is a propane BBQ, a sectional, a propane firepit and wall mounted tv, and 2 chairs on the front deck to relax and entertain on.
 
Sam's Beachcomber RV Resort is a gated community that provides 24 hour security, a heated swimming pool, spa, a clubhouse with a pool table and lots of social activities, a gym, card room, horseshoe pits, a private beach, private boat launch and private boat slips ($40/Day, and reservations with front office required). All water craft will be required by the resort to have on hand at the time of your arrival. Plus an on-site laundry facility. Due to the Resorts strict Pet Rules, we do not allow pets inside of our Little Hava House. Sam's Beachcomber Resort requires a completed Sublease Agreement form to be completed by the renter 72 hours prior to your arrival in order to enter the resort property.

The island is known for the Famous London Bridge with lots of great shops and restaurants along the rivers edge at the London Bridge Village and the famous channel to park your boat at and enjoy the activities. There are great walking trails, bike paths, and even off-road trails on the island.  During the winter season, there is a Lighted Boat Parade and Hot Air Balloon Festival. Plus, the infamous Site Six boat launch where all the boats launch for the Desert Storm Poker Run during the spring. The location is also just a short boat ride to the London Bridge Canal during the summer.
