At our vacation rental, we like to provide our guests with some useful supplies as a starter pack, which you can use during your stay. Please also read the full house rules as well located on the listing page in “house rules” section in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.

No pets allowed on property (No exceptions) $500 fine

Very Nice Property

The property was very nice. Clean, nice appliances, very nice outdoor spaces, and the garage / game room was a nice addition. The only thing I wish I would have known is the room with the bunk beds is accessed through the garage. It is like a separate suite. We had planned to put our young kids out in that room but it is too far from the regular living space and has its own entrance to the backyard. We were not comfortable putting the kids out there alone. We payed to heat the pool and spa which is a must in March as it got down to 50 at night.Overall, the property was very nice and we have plans to come back in the future.

The house was nice but had a moldy smell. It also needed some upgrades on patio furniture and bar stools Pool guy came while we were in the hot tub and on a different day than was listed . Very awkward

Home Sweet Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. Everything was perfect. The house was decorated to be welcoming and we all felt like we were at home. From the pool to the fun games in the garage, our kids were definitely entertained. Thank you again for making our trip perfect!

Nice house for 3 families

Make sure when looking for the property that you are on South 2 of the 3 families went to the wrong house. The home is nicely landscaped and has a very nice outdoor space and pool. The one draw back we had was the cleanliness of the property when we arrived. There was garbage left all over the pool area and in the rec/garage. High touch areas were not wiped down well. Be aware of the fee for heating the pool and spa. Also propane for the fire pit and grill are not included. The main bathroom needs some work on the fixtures as the faucet is loose and not affixed to the counter. Also the shower head is loose and leaked even with attempts to tighten it. Overall it was a nice home and location for the 3 families to spend the week.

Great family vacation home! The pool and spa were perfect!

This was our first time visiting Lake Havasu and it was perfect! The house was perfect in size and was exactly like the listing was pictured! The heated pool and spa were amazing, and super close to everything in town!

Worked for the week

We asked for the pool heat to be turned on prior to us arriving with 7 kids. They did agree to contact their pool guy to come a day earlier with a fee, which was worth it for us and the pool/spa heat was enjoyed all week ($150/day). This property was a bit misleading in regards to the bunk room- it happens to be off/out of the garage. Little cleaning could have been improved with the rental such as improved dusting, noticed burnt out lights (we changed them ourselves), random splatters of something on the ceiling and floor. The tub also was very hard to drain and stood in water over my ankle while showering (we also fixed this ourselves) along with the poorly draining dishwasher. Thankfully, we had super handy guys with us and made it work for our week in AZ!

Nice home if you don't want a heated pool/hot tub

Overall the property was very nice but had some wear. This rental is on a busy street but has 4 parking spots. The pool and hot tub were unable to be heated per the original agreement. (messages exchanged) If you are looking for a home in the winter months with a heated pool and hot tub, I would not recommend renting this home, otherwise is a nice home to stay.
