This property was perfect for our family get away to Lake Havasu. There was plenty of parking for our boat, and it was close to the lake for launching. The house had everything we needed and plenty more. The house was spacious, and the bedrooms were spread out providing some privacy. Lots of amenities for entertainment on the property, so no one ever got bored. It was a great house for a large family get together. We had 8 people, and there was plenty of room.

Emily was a great host with a beautiful home in Havasu. We’ve stayed in the neighborhood before and we love the location and how close it is to the launch ramps. The house was awesome and was everything we expected and more. My friends, family and I had a great time for labor day weekend. Looking forward to coming back.

Good family retreat

This 4- bedroom was clean, lovely, and well-stocked. Emily the owner was highly responsive to any requests. The game room, putting green, pool, games (corn hole!), and large dining table made it enjoyable place to just hang for our family. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable, and check out requirements are easy to comply. It is in a developed neighborhood, so neighbors are close and noise/parties prohibited.

This is a home that does not disappoint. The layout is excellent and the decor is top notch. The pool and hot tub are great! The kitchen is well supplied. The beds are super comfy. Just nothing but praise for this home.

Pool house by the bay is perfect! We stay here every year for Mother’s Day with family from ages 4-85 and it’s always perfect! They take such good care of the home, perfect amenities, Emily the host is the best communicator. I’m already looking forward to next year!

We travel to Havasu several times a year and this home was one of the best places we have stayed. The house layout is open and welcoming! The amenities were great for our teenage kids! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Absolutely Perfect Home!

I have nothing but great things to say about this rental! We have stayed at SO many and this one is by far at the top of my list. Clean, Spacious, feels like home and FUN. We came for Mother’s Day, with kids, grandparents and great grandparents

Best pool house

Loved our stay here. The floor plan is so open; plenty of space. My kids loves the pool and I loved the hot tub😊 This was our first time at lake Havasu and I hope we can come back to this same house. So cute and fun. Also, we loved the pool table and shuffle board. Thanks for the great place to stay!
