The house is super clean and comfortable and very well stocked. Very quiet neighborhood. I think we picked the rainiest week of the year to stay in Lake Havasu... so happy for the hot tub! Would stay there again.

Loved the cleanliness of the property. Close to Riviera Marina. We had to buy a pool umbrella due to the one in the picture not being on the property for use. Great place to stay with the family. Would rent again!

Was a very good place to stay. Location was decent, very quiet. House was clean. Previous people staying left a little bit of a mess outside near the pool area which was not the owners fault and didn’t take long to deal with. Overall would stay here again

The perfect home

This home was perfect. The outdoor space has everything! The floor plan of the home is great! Master bedroom was huge! This is the perfect home. Two couples stayed and many more people could have stayed comfortably. Definitely will pick this place again.

Good location, loved the pool

Our stay went well. We had a little issue getting checked in with the door code, but the owner provided assistance quickly. The front porch light was also out, making it difficult to see the lock at night. The casita was locked by the cleaners prior to our arrival. Upon notifying the owner, he had it unlocked early the next morning for our use. Overall, the house met our needs. It was not far from our friends houses or far from the bridge. It had plenty of room and we loved the pool/jacuzzi. My only suggestions for the property, would be to include jacuzzi/pool instructions like the other information listed on the wall in the kitchen and to add air freshener plug ins. The home also had a very unique scent upon our arrival. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome house in very nice neighborhood.

The house was wonderful and comfortable. Pool area very relaxing. Pleasant neighborhood and very convenient access to the heart of Lake Havasu. Would definitely be my first choice to stay in the future.

What a wonderful home! The moment we walked in, it felt very welcoming. It was clean and very well stocked. The home is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The pictures do not do it justice. We would rent this lovely home again when visiting our family in Havasu. Thank you!

Perfect stay for a Lake Havasu Trip

This was a fantastic home for our two families that came for a Labor Day weekend. The kids played volleyball in the pool, ping pong, etc. plenty of room for our group of 9. The marina was only a 15 minute drive and we had plenty of room to park a boat and vehicles. Will definitely visit again. Karim was very responsive to messages and made sure we had a great stay at his home.

Pictures don’t do justice

Rented this place as a last minute trip for my birthday and it did not disappoint to say the very least. The driveway could easily fit 6+ full size trucks. The house was completely spotless. All the floors, carpet and furniture was new and had a great layout. It seems like they actually used nice furniture instead of ikea stuff. The beds were really comfy and not hard as a rock. The A/C unit worked great and there are fans everywhere. The backyard was definitely the best part considering it had a pool with a jacuzzi that worked really well and a nice ping pong table with lounge chairs and patio furniture everywhere. The description to pictures was a little confusing, they have a pool house that is connected, yet separate from the house and is air conditioned with a big flatscreen, foos ball table and decent size trundle bed that could sleep another few people. The house was amazing and I would stay here again with no hesitation.
