The rooms are severely outdated. We had holes in the curtains, the balcony door had holes, toilet roll holder couldn't hold the toilet paper, and many more things. I could keep going, but I've Karen'd enough.

We had a great stay here! The room was very clean, check-in was quick and easy, and the parking was ample and free. We also noticed there’s plenty of space for trailers, which is a big plus. Another nice touch is that they sell ice on site — super convenient if you’re packing a cooler for the day. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience, and we’d definitely stay here again.

They advertise remodled rooms but didn't have any available. The 3rd and 4th floors are disgusting. The hallways are hot and smelly. The carpet is very stained and the walls are dirty. The bathrooms were as clean as old bathrooms can be.

1 star because my stay was non existent. I booked through Expedia a month in advance. About a week before checking in, i had to cancel 1 of our 3 nights. This change was made before the cut off date that if was passed there was a penalty. I called the hotel to verify my booking change and mid conversation the hotels phone went dead. Their phone is still dead nearly 2 weeks later. When i went to check in, the hotel said that Expedia had overbooked the rooms. One of the ladies said there was a cancelation that i could have, but there were 2 groups of us staying there and my guess was if my reservation was overbooked then our second groups was too. Sure enough. I let our other group stay in the only room left in the hotel and my group went to stay somewhere else. My trip, staying somewhere else is over now, but checking my card on file that i booked the overbooked room with has been charged. I've been told to contact Expedia but they say to contact the hotel, who's phone number is still not working. I've stayed here a ton of times for the past 3 years and have not had any problems except for keys getting demagnified. Which is not a big deal. Getting charged a no show fee for trying to check in to an overbooked room, however, is a big deal. Not to mention the pain in the a.. of having to find somewhere else to stay on a Labor Day weekend. I'll update my review once (if) i get refunded.

With the understanding that it was Labor Day weekend and seemed to be very busy. Service was ok. Views were wonderful. Hallway carpets were very dirty and the walls were in need of paint. Beds and bedding seemed to be clean. No electrical outlets on either side of beds (only one multi plug box beside tv which seemed to overloaded). Bathroom was decent. Carpet in room had rather large holes in it (about 4 inches square) and burn holes. Only had 2 towels and 1 washcloth (for 3 nights stay) and no towels available for the pool. Garbage was never removed from our room for the duration of our stay. Pool was in need of cleaning. Overall we were thankful for a place to rest our head, but the typical maintenance was poor.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This spot is our go to when we are staying in Havasu! It’s pet friendly, very clean and the staff is always warm and welcoming. It’s a short 5 min walk to London Bridge Beach, and it also has its own pool and hot tub. The rooms are big in my opinion, and has you set up with a mini fridge and microwave, it also has ports to charge your phones, so if you forgot your charging box, you can still charge your phones. There’s vending machines and also hot coffee in the morning. Highly recommend this little gem, it sits off by itself o er looking the lake (spectacular view!).

I ended up with a room on the 4th floor which are not the ones that have been remodeled. The room was good just a little dated but that’s ok. What was bad was the smell out in the hallway from the elevator to the room. Couldn’t pinpoint where the smell was coming from just glad it was not in the room. When I checked in I asked if mine was one of the remodeled rooms and I was told no. I asked if I could wait for one of the remodeled ones to be ready and was told I didn’t book one of the remodeled ones. There is no option to select a remodeled one so I don’t think this was true. The previous 7 times I stayed at this hotel during 2024 and 2025 I always got a remodeled room and didn’t have to “book” one. I like this hotel so I will stay here again. Hopefully they finish the remodeling soon.

The staff was very helpful and gracious, the room smell like sweaty, wet feet an insect spray. All the vending machines we're broken. All the ice machines were out of order. The pool was nice in the afternoon, but needs more shaded.Areas. I will not stay at this hotel again. Until they do some major upgrades.

Stinky stinky

Our room was large and we had plenty of space. The bed sheets and bathroom where nice and clean.The location is so nice and easy walk to the beach. The view was awesome too and the hotel is dog friendly. Our room smelled quiet badly when we showed up. I used my body spray and ended up buying an air freshener to put on our noisy AC unit to mask the smell. We all kept our shoes on when walking around the room. When we first got into the room there was trash on the floor and as we where cleaning up to end our stay I fould a pair of ladies dirty underwear behind the first bed. People where often smoking right outside the main entrance and it made the lobby stink. The grounds around the hotel are very unkempt and lots of litter. I wish I asked for a renovated room or I fully committed financially and couldn't move to a different hotel. Front desk ladies where nice. I didn’t bother them with complaints about the room because I was told at check in that they where fully booked for the holiday weekend.
