One bedroom, one bath with pull out sleeper sofa makes this unit a capacity of 4. Very clean non smoking with flat screen tv's and brand new stainless appliances. Unit is fully furnished and has a full kitchen and a stacker washer dryer. Just around the corner find beautiful pool, tennis courts and bbq! Plenty of onsite boat parking! Free Wi-Fi Also free Wi-Fi in the adjoining rotary Park! This is one of Lake Havasu's most desirable locations.....see our reviews:) Walk to the London bridge, Restaurants, Bars, movie theaters and golf! This is the BEST location!! Check out the reviews!
