Great Location & Enough Room for Everyone

Property is in a great location. We went with two other families and had enough room for the adults and kids. We did have a little hiccup with the AC in the casitas when we first arrived, but Brian got someone out right away to fix it. We weren't able to use the it the first night, but the house was big enough that with a little rearranging we were able to make it work and he was extremely apologetic for the inconvenience. The great room was big enough for everyone to hang out after a day on the lake and the pool was perfect with the baja step and table with umbrella. It was great to sit in the pool, have a few snacks and a drink in the 115 degree heat. Another successful trip to Havasu in the books!! :)

Excellent Getaway Spot

Went with close friends and their two young kids. Perfect, clean layout with the pool, living area, and casita. Also has quick access to the main road to get to the London Bridge area. Will definitely be back.

The Perfect Vacation/Reunion

Since we came from such an opposite climate this property was heaven, and we could not have asked for better help and communication from the property management. There wasn't anybody in our family that stayed there under fifties, and one that is 90 and it was safe, fun, and relaxing for all. Love the town, neighbors, and available amenities and fun activities in Havasu.

The perfect house

This house was absolutely incredible!! The backyard especially was the perfect vibe for a vacation home. Brian was exceptional, he always responded in a timely manner. The house was really clean upon arrival as well! 100% will be staying here again !!

Perfect House for a Family

This is the second year we have rented this house. It's a beautiful house with lots for room for a large family. Its close to the lake and after a long day on the lake it's nice to sit outside by the pool and relax. The property if very well taken care of and very clean.

Beautiful home on south side of Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. The pool is beautiful and the self contained casita is perfect for additional guests. The kitchen is large with open view of back yard. This house is close to Cattail Cove which was a nice change to the normal crowd in Havasu. If you are looking for a nice tranquil location this is the place.

Great location close to parks, and stores!

Our baseball weekend was great due to the house location so close to the parks. We were able to go back to the house to feed the kids something healthy and then head back to the park for some more baseball games!

Felt like home
