We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Located in one of the newer areas of Havasu the house was more up to date and a more recent build than some of the remodeled older homes we've stayed in at Lake Havasu City. House is very well stocked with everything we need plus some. We will definitely try to stay here again on another trip to the lake.

Perfect Place In Havasu

Our family loved this property! The owner was great and communicated about everything. The balance of the great outdoor pool and hot tub paired with a nice stylish & comfortable interior mad us feel like we were at home away form home. Will definitely book this again!

Amazing place to stay in Lake Havasu

This is a perfect place to stay in Lake Havasu. It is on the lake side of the highway with views of the lake. The house is huge and has everything you need for a great stay. The pool and hot tub are in great condition. It is a very nice and quiet neighborhood, but very close to everything. The communication was incredible and we felt like we were staying at our own place. Grab this place if it is available.

Best VRBO I have stayed in yet. So well equipped with anything you might need. Frank was fantastic to speek with and very prompt and helpful. I would only caution anyone having a pet if it is not well trained you will need to keep on leash outside due to no wall across back of property and a deep dropoff .. Just a caution. Will return for sure!!

Amazing house and location!

This house is beautiful and so nicely decorated. When we arrived, it smelled like a day spa, really relaxing and perfectly clean! This home is really close to the launch ramps and lake which makes it easy getting on the water! Plenty of room for boat and truck parking. Pool was nice! Everything is Just so clean! Well stocked kitchen for cooking and plenty of towels. Beds were really comfy as well! Property manager was great with communication. We will definitely try to book this home again for our next trip!

perfect family get away

Perfect Getaway

The family and I made it out for a week long stay. We're already talking about coming back. The house was well cared for, clean, and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Having a pool all to ourselves was amazing. It was very clean and well maintained.
