REMODELED, freshly painted, ground-level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in beautiful Queens Bay; the perfect location in the middle of everything. Easy walk to restaurants, shopping, movie theater, London Bridge, Rotary Park, and the lake/channel/beaches.

Huge, treed patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining, l-shaped outdoor couch, and electric fire place walks out onto green lawn and the Bridgwater Golf Course with views of the lake and mountains.

Fully stocked kitchen with new cabinets, leathered granite counter tops, new appliances, air fryer oven, and island seating for four, or use the pull-down table/desk for table-height dining for two or computer work. Living room has new reclining theater-seating couch, recliner, electric fireplace, and entertainment center with 65-inch smart TV with Wi-Fi and all utilities included.

The primary bedroom has an incredibly comfortable king bed, en suite updated full bath, and 55-inch smart TV. Second bedroom with two double beds, recliner/seating area, and 50-inch smart TV that is across the hall from second updated full guest bathroom. Shaker, 3-panel frosted glass doors throughout, including bedroom closet doors, and new ceiling fans in every room. New tankless water heater, bedding, and towels, including pool towels to take to the pool or hot tub. Washer and dryer in the unit.

Great location. Great owners. Very accommodating. Was a bit of a rough start trying to book but after many communications we got it settled. This place has everything you would need besides yourself. Pillows. Linens washer dryer. Kitchen. Tv streaming. Etc etc etc. great owners.

I was so happy with our decision to stay here the walk to the canal was just over the golf course. The place was so clean and the hosts were so great with accommodating with us being an all girls group looking for a safe nice place to stay while visiting!

Nice & Cool-Even in July!!

Before arriving the owners were prompt & helpful in answering all of my questions. They turned the air down to a very comfortable temperature prior to our arrival. All of the rooms in the condo were evenly cooled and also had great ceiling fans. We have stayed in many VRBO's and that is unfortunately not the norm. We stayed during 120 degree weather so that was so important!! The unit was clean & well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. We love staying at Queens Bay due to its proximity to the restaurants & bars near the London Bridge. We love walking to all of our favorite spots. We will be back to this unit specifically!

Run to book this condo for your Havasu vacation!

Short review - 10/10 recommend this newly upgraded first-floor, 2 bedroom condo at Queens Bay. It's equipped with everything you might need and decorated with custom Route 66 memorabilia for a delightful Havasu getaway. Longer review - The owners are endurance athletes and adventurers who created the Route 66 UltraRun held every November. Since they live in the condo part of the year it's truly a home with everything needed during your stay. Communication is exceptional, including the most thorough welcome packet emailed to you before arrival with everything from check-in directions to recommendations for restaurants/shopping/tours/activities and what to do along historic Route 66. We (family of 4 including two male teenagers) look forward to returning next summer!

This was a luxury condo, it is fully updated. I had no problems at all. It was an easy check in and check out. Simple check out instructions. The condo was fully equipped and stalked. The owner is very friendly and easy to get a hold of. This is my new favorite place to stay in Havasu.

Newly remodeled condo

This property was pristine. It had everything that you would need. The condo has just recently been remodeled. and they did a beautiful job. The little patio was perfect for afternoon cocktails and morning coffee. The location was perfect, and you could walk to the bridge and many restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Showers were great with plenty of hot water and pressure. Kitchen was well equipped with tea towels, hot pads, napkins, sharp knives, glasses, cups etc. We did not cook any meals there. I highly recommend this property,

Loved our stay at Queens Bay

We loved staying at this first floor condo at Queens Bay. We have stayed in another unit but this condo was much nicer and newly updated. It has everything you might need
pool towels, in unit laundry, pods for laundry and dish washer, and room for 6 was perfect. The hosts were awesome to communicate with
the best! Definitely recommend.
