Splash into this Huge Havasu Pool and Spa! King bed!

Discounted Prices!! 12/27/2025 thru 1/15/2026 are significantly discounted while the spa hot-tub is being serviced and unavailable. Welcome to the perfect family vacation spot with a HUGE private POOL and heatable SPA, surrounded by plenty of lounge seating and shady umbrellas. Snooze away on the KING size plush mattress or 6 other comfy beds. Cook some grub on the bbq and laugh together around the fire pit. Ample parking in the driveway, and additional parking on the wide street.
When you're ready to adventure elsewhere, the location allows for easy access to numerous local attractions around Lake Havasu.
The space
King Room- King memory foam mattress and 55" smart Roku TV. Has a large walk-in closet. Sliding door leading to the pool in the backyard.

Queen Room- Queen pillow topper mattress and 45" TV with Roku installed.

Bunk Room- Two sturdy bunks with 4 twin memory foam mattresses.

Kitchen/Dinning Room - Clean and fully equipped for cooking and enjoying a nice meal around the dinning table. Enjoy the Keurig to start the morning right. Also available in the kitchen is a crockpot, blender, tea kettle and toaster.

Living Room- Vaulted Ceiling. 55" smart Roku TV, couch with pullout full size bed with memory foam.

Backyard- Large patio offers shade for an outdoor sofa and table and chairs. Propane BBQ available for the grilling master in your family. Around the pool you'll find plenty of large shady umbrellas and lounge chairs. A propane fire pit welcomes the good times. Cornhole boards. Hanging lights around the fence perimeter come on at night and the pool/spa lights can be turn on.

Pool and Spa- Pool is 10ft deep on the deep end and 3 feet on the shallow end, with a sitting edge. The large spa can be heated with the turn of a knob and can seat up to 10 people. The pool is not heated.

Garage- park you vehicle securely in the 25 foot deep garage. About 14 feet wide available space and the garage door is about 82" tall.

Driveway- plenty of room to park your vehicles in the driveway and boat on the side of the house (10' wide). Additional parking available on the wide street.

Laundry- Washer and dryer available for use.

Complimentary internet (targets 500 mbps) for all your streaming and scrolling needs.

Centrally located with easy access to the many adventures Lake Havasu City has to offer.

Great house for larger families

First, the communication with the owners was excellent. They were very responsive and helpful every step of the way. Second, the house was fantastic. Lots of amenities above and beyond the normal like extra pool towels and a blender. Each room had extra fans if it got too hot although we didn't need them even in June. The ac worked just fine. The pool is huge and was the perfect temperature to cool off in during the heat of summer. We've been to other hot locations where the pool is the same temperature as the air and that is not refreshing. This one was the perfect temperature to cool off in after a long day on the lake.Third, convenient location. It is not lake front but we didn't spend many daylight hours at the house. It was about 7 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to be. Bonus - The "bunk room" had two sets of bunk beds with full mattresses. This was perfect for a larger family like ours. Would recommend to anyone.

Great Inside and Outside property. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in this home. From the minute you walk in it is very comfortable and felt like home. Very clean, the house sparkled. The outdoor patio and pool area was comfortable and relaxing. The pool and spa was absolutely beautiful. The hosts were very attentive and cared about our comfort. If an email was sent, their response was within 30 minutes. 110% satisfied with this property and the Hosts.We are from New England and if we are ever in this area again this home is our first choice! Thank You!

Perfect Vacation Home

A little Bit For Everyone

Excellent Vacation Rental!

We were so happy with our stay. Owners are wonderful and great communication! Super clean and cozy. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Great location from town. We rented Rzr’s for 2 days and found it super easy to get from the rental place to the house and out to the desert trails from the house. And the garage was an awesome bonus to be able to park them in overnight. You can’t go wrong booking this for your next vacation! Thank you Madi and Brent!

Great Property

Great hosts with a great centralized location in Havasu. The hosts were very responsive and had a welcoming property. There was enough comfortable space to fit 5 adults and 5 kids. The only real down side was the length of time it took for the spa to heat up. Keep in mind, this is winter months. We would definitely stay at this property again if we made another trip up there.
