This prestigious Lake Hayes residence offers Hollywood style living with New Zealand style vistas. This 3-storey home is perched on a vast plot of land overlooking the stunning Lake Hayes and surrounding mountains, with privacy and luxury being in ample supply.



Walking into the home, you are greeted by a large foyer, complete with chandelier and grand piano. The foyer flows through into a large gleaming, contemporary kitchen, which is extremely well equipped: start with two ovens and a steam oven, plus scullery or kitchen prep room.



You are spoilt for choice on where to relax after a long day delving into the region’s adventure sports activities, with a generous lounge and dining area, opening onto the wrap-around balcony. Which outdoor space do you fancy taking in the view in from? The second storey boasts a wrap-around balcony, while the first storey opens up to a private patio and expansive garden, dressed with outdoor furniture and a BBQ – an idyllic spot for alfresco dining.



Grab the popcorn and enjoy your favourite movie from the comfort of home in the home theatre! If movies aren’t your thing, kick back with a game of pool while you play your favourite tunes over the sound system. When it comes to parking, the generous scale continues, with a four-car garage and off-street parking for up to eight vehicles.

70th birthday celebrations

This property exceeded our expectations, plenty of room for a family of 12 to move around, a bathroom to each bedroom was a big plus. Well appointed kitchen. We all came & went with ease with the door code, just a couple of negatives: Coffee machine did not work. Seemed a little difficult to get a normal station on the TV in the lounge. And whilst we managed getting the recycling to the depot it was actually something we thought the cleaners should be able to do. I would highly recommend this property and the company that we dealt with. Thank you for our memorable stay. Queenstown definitely has a lot to offer.

Beautiful home, centrally located, loved the theater!!

We had one of the children get injured, spent New Years Eve in the emergency room! It was NOT the fault of the property or anyone else. He happened to land in the garden to the far left of the patio with all of his weight and landed on a cut off branch and had a pretty severe laceration!! He should NOT have been in the garden:))) We also left a pillow with a purple pillow case, if we could pick that up somewhere that would be great! If not no worries. Thanks so much!!

We were a party of 10 adults and this property suited our needs perfectly. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We flew in to NZ for a wedding at Stoneridge and stayed for the week at this house. Truly a wonderful place and a wonderful stay. Everyone was impressed by this residence, and it was the perfect location to get ready for the wedding that was being held just down the hill. Even when the power went out later in the week (due to heavy rain in the area, no fault of the home) the management company was quick to reply and come out just to be sure there was nothing wrong with the house. Travel tip: If downtown Queenstown is getting too busy, check out Arrowtown for great dining and some interesting NZ history as well!
