Welcome to Buffalo Lodge at Lake Lure! Relax in this private and luxurious log cabin with two full levels of living, perfect for two families! Amazing views from both the upper and lower wrap-around decks. Perfect for entertaining! Four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a custom queen gel sleeper sofa, and a twin sleeper chair! Two fully-equipped gourmet kitchens, two great rooms with surround sound, and large smart TVs. There is tons of patio furniture with a fire table, porch swings, rocker gliders, a ping pong table, and a brand new HOT TUB on the lower deck! Enjoy roasting marshmallows around the large wood-burning fire pit in the fenced backyard. Convenient access to Lake Lure, local restaurants, grocery stores, Chimney Rock Village, and so much more!

Buffalo Lodge at Lake Lure is perfect for every season! Enjoy the crisp weather in the winter, where a log cabin feels just right. Visit in the summer when the weather is perfect all the time, and you can enjoy the soothing summer breezes. This place was spectacular! There was so much space for everyone to spread out! We had 8 people total one being a ten month old. Buffalo lodge had a great downstairs area that was essentially its own separate living quarters and that was perfect for mom, dad, and baby to have some quiet time while baby napped or if he just wanted to play. The cabin was nice and cozy and on the cold mornings we were able to turn on the fireplace and it created such a magical atmosphere. One tip that we discovered
the loft room lights would kick a GFI and it took us a bit of time to find it
it is the GFI in the bathroom off the hallway! Lol! Overall this place was amazing and I highly recommend it!

We had an incredible week at Buffalo Lodge. The kitchen was fully stocked (and we cooked a lot)! The home was just as it was advertised and you can’t beat the views! There was plenty of space for our family of 8. It really was the perfect vacation for our family. Thank you for the best week! We will be booking with you again in the future!

Nice and secluded

Overall it was nice. Housekeeping did not leave until after 5pm on check in day, but the regular one was sick. Back yard could of been trimmed/mowed. Hot tub was only at 79 degrees upon arrival. Water out of fridges did not work. I called to let company know about this. Besides that is was comfortable and relaxing.

Loved our stay

Enjoyed the Buffalo Lodge. The view was great, location easy to find and good parking. Very nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen filled with all the necessary utensils, appliances, etc. Enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit that was on the deck and all of the games indoors and out that were provided. Great time had by all! Thank you.

Wonderful house

We loved the house. Met all of our needs and was furnished with everything we needed. Only issue we has is we could not get the cable tv to work. Fortunately I brought a Chromecast and firestick so we were able watch movies and stream tv from our smartphone. Other than that it was a wonderful family time.

Great Place for a "Happy Birthday"

We love Lake Lure and this home was a beautiful location for us to celebrate my mother's 92nd birthday. While we did not have a view of the lake, the house was very clean, wonderfully well appointed, and we spent each evening on the deck outside next to the fire. Just a beautiful home in a beautiful location...

It was perfect. This house is gorgeous with decor that was so well done! We wanted a house with a Mountain View
 the woods are a little thick so view wasn’t greatest but location and beauty of house was comfortable for our large group! Would definitely go back!

Family getaway

Location was great we could drive to small towns and to Asheville and still enjoy time at the cabin. Chimney Rock was awesome and the little shops were fun to explore. The best part was just sitting on the deck relaxing around the fire pit and catching up with each family. We rented a boat for 1/2 a day and that was fun. The cabin was spacious and had everything we needed. Wonderful place.
