Good stay

Stayed for a long weekend. Property is as advertised. It was nice to have access to the private beach, swimming hole, and fishing spots. Power went out due to a storm on the first morning. The property manager and owner were responsive and helpful in working with the power company to get the problem fixed.

Thanksgiving getaway

The kitchen had everything you would ever need. The bathrooms had an ample supply of towels and were very clean. The furnishings were very comfortable. The entire cabin was very nice. One minor problem was the gas barbeque grill would not get very hot. The cabin rates a 5-star rating for my family. We hope to return again in the future.

The cabin was cute, clean and well stocked in the kitchen! It was a perfect place to get away and relax. About an hour drive from different wineries, the Biltmore, but close to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock!

The place to get away from it all.

If you're looking for the traditional mountain cabin feel but with the convenience of modern amenities, this is it. Log cabin on the outside, all wood paneling on the inside. A/C, Roku in all bedrooms and the downstairs lounge area, dishwasher, microwave and ELECTRIC stove are just the start. Hot tub and gas grill on one of the 2 exterior decks is also included. 3 bedrooms with of space for a large family and plenty of woods surrounding the cabin to ensure privacy make this the place to go for some rest and relaxation.

Home away from home!

Lovely, clean, cozy cabin. Great location! Thoughtfully stocked just like home (without the clutter!) Every time we looked for something, it was there. Fire pit, gas grill. The neighborhood swimming hole and lake beach access were very nice. Owner proved beach chairs, kayak and tube.

Beary Nice!

I took my 2 adult children for a cozy Christmas experience and this cabin was a huge hit!! Very clean, quaint and adorable! We enjoyed the fireplace, all the kitchen amenities you can think of were available, the hot tub was so relaxing. I would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone!

Beautiful home!

This is a beautiful cabin, clean and spacious! It’s very tastefully decorated, quaint and country. It has every kitchen appliance or gadget, plenty of towels and linens. We were also able to drive over to the gated community and enjoy swimming and fishing.

Cozy relaxing stay

We really loved the cabin- decorated very nicely and loved sitting on the deck. Hosts made everything very easy and made sure we had everything we needed. Easy check in and easy drive to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock Park.
