Getting to know the space:
This unique Tree Top community was built in the 70's and fully renovated in 2026! It has one private king bedroom with and ensuite bathroom. The quirky kitchen and spiral staircase is unique to this community. Come and check it out to see for yourself!

This is a community dock just a few minutes from the home with seating and tables to enjoy the main channel lake views. Grab the floaties, life jackets and fishing poles and enjoy the lake! Bringing or renting a boat? There are multiple slips to choose from

★Deck:
Enjoy cozy nights by the fire table surrounded by the beauty of the trees.

★Community:
This home comes with so much to do! 4 community pools, splash pad and a pickle ball court. If you really feel like killing it at the lake a gym is also included!

Card games and board games are included during your stay. Rainy nights? No problem here.

—THE HOME—

★Level 1:
Enter into this fun home with a magical nod to Harry Potter. The main level has the master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen space.

★ Level 2:
Head down the spiral stair case to find the 2nd bedroom and another bathroom. Falling asleep in this comfy bed feels so magical

—SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS—

★Bedroom 1 - King bed with private bathroom ensuite

★Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with private bathroom ensuite. Note: The ceiling (spiral stair case) is open making the room not fully "private"

★Living Room - Upstairs the green couch converts into a queen bed and the brown couches convert into twin sized beds

★There are 3 bathrooms in this tiny home! No more waiting in line to shower, this home has you covered. There are hair dryers, toiletries, towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash all provided during your stay.

The kitchen is stocked with plenty of supplies to enjoy your vacation. From pots, pans, waffle maker, breakfast skillet to a seasonings, cooking spray and all the little things - this home has you covered!
