Come and experience the great fun at our beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home on Lake June. Located directly on the 3328 acre spring fed sandy bottom lake it is the most popular in the county for boating, fishing or jet skiing. Covered second story porch overlooking the lake. Two designated hitching posts in the water to tie your watercraft to. Dock going out to the boathouse where you can experience the beautiful sunrises or sunsets from the second story open deck with patio furniture.

The space
Two story home upstairs has three bedrooms, full bath w/tub/shower, living room w/tv, dining room, galley style kitchen with all cooking utensils, large refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Downstairs has sitting area w/ fireplace, wet bar, dishwasher, living room w/tv, trundle bed and laundry w/ full bath w/shower)

Guest access
Seawall, dock and boathouse are available. No usage of boat lift.

Other things to note
Electric utilities on monthly rentals over $400.00 would be the responsibility of the renters.
