Sunset glow at Lake Grassy

Cozy home right on Lake Grassy with private dock, large backyard, grilling and dock fishing. This adorable vacation house that has been recently remodeled has 3 bedrooms 2 full baths with a screened lanai that is perfect to sip your coffee while watching the golden sunset views of the lake. On cool nights, light up the fire pit with logs from the nearby rack.
Take full advantage of the beautiful Florida weather by swimming in the spring fed water and sandy bottoms of Lake Grassy. Whether you're a family wanting to get away, a group of buddies on a fishing retreat, or old friends looking to relax this lake allows you to water skiing, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, or boating.
There are two restaurants within 15 minutes from the house – Morty/ Edna’s craft kitchen and Dock 633. There are several wineries and breweries in the area as well as a quaint downtown area that holds a weekly Saturday Morning Farmer's market. Lake placid's downtown is growing with very cute local restaurants and shops as well as a 30 min ride to Sebring. We are 2 hours from Orlando if you want to hed to the theme parks

Nice home well appointed. Just some lack of communication around check in. Sebring races certainly created demand and drove all area prices higher.

Great house and great communication

We booked this house last minute for a funeral. We were pleased to find something so nice with such short notice. I wish we could have enjoyed it under other circumstances but it was great to have family together during this time. Yolanda communicated efficiently asking us if we needed anything after checking in and made sure we were comfortable. Extra towels were supplied and all was well. Thank you for sharing your home!

That was the most amazing lake view on the Lake Grassy. It was a family trip with the kids. Perfect house for quit and relax trip with your little ones. The house is clean and has everything you need. Our kids did not want to leave that is how they like to spend time on the lake (paddle boarding, kayaking, motor boating ). I want to note and tell special thank you to the owner of the property . Yolanda was the best !So easy and fast communication. Thank you so much once again! we got a blast!

Wonderful property and owner!

This house is the perfect option for a week or weekend at the lake. House is very clean and it is very well appointed and owner put a lot of thought into the amenities for all ages (high chair, bikes and helmets, kayak and paddles, canoe, fire pit, coffee station, etc etc). The blackout curtains work wonders too. Quiet neighborhood, easy in and out, excellent communication with owner.

Lovely, accommodating stay!

Our stay five-day stay was somewhat last minute and Yolanda was more than accommodating and very helpful with the whole process. The property was lovely, clean and in a great neighborhood. The property overlooked gorgeous sunsets on the water every night. Traveling with children isn’t always the easiest, but the convenience of having a pack-n-play, a high chair and a washer and dryer on sight made everything easier. If our paths ever cross Lake Placid again, we would gladly stay here again!
