Hello Brittany, We do not charge pet fees for service animals. You were not evicted for claiming to have a service anima or stating it is unlawful to charge fees. You were evicted because you failed to register/notify us of your service animal at the time of check in and then proceeded to leave the dog unattended in the room for many hours. We got various complaints that the dog was barking continuously for many hours. This is against our pet policy. We host many dogs and service animals daily so we are very aware of the rules/laws as well as the behaviors of service animals. We reached out multiple times about the dog and got hung up on, and were still very patient even though complaints were continuously coming in in regards to the dog. It was only after the fact that you would not longer answer and stated you would not be paying any unattended pet fees and claim chargebacks that we made the decision to end your stay. We hope you no longer leave your service animal unattended and have safe travels.
