After traveling for days and staying in chain hotels, the welcoming and unique room at 3 Peaks felt welcoming and relaxing. The staff seem to be attentive to every possible detail and very friendly.

Our favorite hotel in Tahoe! The spacious rooms are amazing and we love the kitchen option. The location is walkable to the casinos or great restaurants. Hop on a bike and enjoy the nearby trails or walk down to the beach. Afterwards, relax in one of two hot tubs, bbq, or enjoy a swim in the pool. The staff is always friendly! On this particular trip, we had an incident with our initial room and they really came through by upgrading us to a two bedroom suite. They’re awesome and we highly recommend 3 peaks.

My room and the property in general were nice and the staff very helpful. As others have shared, the beds are SO SOFT!!! Unfortunately the people upstairs from me were extremely noisy well into the early morning hours, and I got very little rest. Not the fault of the hotel itself, and in the future I need to ensure I'm on the top floor to avoid this. Being tired out from grueling hiking and no sleep are not a good combination! The shower was nice with plenty of hot water, and the grounds were well kept with adequate parking.

Really enjoyed our stay at 3 Peaks Resort & Beach Club. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I like the double hot tub and pool.

Modern Rustic Luxury! Very comfortable and spacious rooms. New and high quality appliances. The decor was luxurious yet rustic maintaining that “Lake Tahoe mountain retreat” feel, that makes Tahoe “The Jewel of the Sierras”! A big thank you to the staff at 3 Peaks Resort and Beach Club!

Loved this place the rooms were comfortable and clean , staff was attentive and friendly , the walkable location to a lot of nice things made it extra enjoyable, however please fix balcony railing on room 128 its an accident waiting to happen , balcony is not attached to anything and if you lean against it i wobbles. Other than that it was an excellent stay and we will return any time we are in tahoe
