Points faibles : Propreté
Some of the issues we encountered included: Stained couches Broken fireplace and heaters Insufficient bedding for a cold climate (while there are heaters and electric blankets, they are not safe to sleep with overnight) Kitchen in poor condition: range hood filthy, knives rusted, chopping boards unhygienic, fridge and freezer with strong odours Multiple broken items: BBQ, roller shutters in living room, toaster, washing machine in need of cleaning Balcony boards lifting, causing a trip hazard Carpets heavily soiled Saucepans badly chipped, unsafe due to non-stick coating damage Lack of basics such as foil Coffee pods provided did not fit the machine Overall sense that many items are leftovers from previous guests, rather than a deliberate and maintained offering.To make matters worse, there was a significant overnight leak during the storm. It is in the main living area coming from the top of the sliding doors. Additionally, the broken large BBQ was flown across the balcony in the wind. For 2 weeks I have been trying to get in touch with complaints team and no one gets back to me!
