Ever heard the saying âLipstick on a Pigâ? Describes this property perfectly. âLipstickâ is interior. Pictures were true and accurate. Nicely decorated, fresh, clean and simple. Kitchen was well equipped, espresso/keurig only, dried yellow tile glue on floor never cleaned up under kitchen windows. Towels and wash cloths were mostly new, crisp, white, however cleaners didnât remove old, worn, thin and dingy older ones. Pick wellâPIGâ is exterior. Pictures deliberately misleading and inaccurate! The beautifully pictured covered sitting area out front, SURPRISE, its BARE. The beautifully pictured covered dinning space, tables, chairs and outdoor rug on right side of house behind fence, SURPRISE, not there. In its place is an old, dirty, worn out, ripped, torn, wet and too gross to sit on seat. Absolutely no place outside to sit and enjoy morning coffee, beautiful sunny Florida day, or to eat dinner. Need any cinder blocks, pavers, 2x6s or aluminum siding pieces? Itâs all in backyard against house waiting for you! You can even play catch with siding pieces when wind blows. Gardener? In luck, there are multiple dead potted plants around side yard. If all this hadnât grabbed you yet, saved the best for last there is an old âCANOEâ wading pool you can cool off in, has lots of water, itâs filled with rain water, almost overflowing with green stagnant water.
