Enchantment awaits in the storybook yard. Completely fenced, this outdoor oasis creates a whimsical vibe with wisteria, a giant redwood, and gorgeous landscaping. At night, twinkling lights strung up by a central pole only add to the magic. Enjoy grilling out, cozying up by the gas firepit, or simply relaxing amid the picture-perfect backdrop.

In the main house, a two-story design boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a Wolf gas stove and a welcoming living area. Watch a movie on the smart TV, play video games, or break out the board games for some good old-fashioned fun. Multiple desks and workstations offer quiet creative spaces to pen postcards or work and learn remotely. A top-floor balcony also provides the perfect perch over the neighborhood. Four well-appointed suites each have a private bathroom - two are on the top floor, and two are downstairs.

More living space awaits in the carriage house, which features thoughtful touches like an electric fireplace TV stand, video games, a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space, and a full-sized kitchen (dishwasher not included).

Nestled on a large corner lot right in the heart of downtown Lakeport, your hideaway provides a prime location just one block from Main Street’s cafes, restaurants, and shops. Access to Clear Lake and a brand-new community park is also within walking distance. (A public boat launch is 2 blocks away!).
