Beautiful Lake Views at this Dog Friendly home on Rainbow Lake

Enjoy Rainbow Lake with a wrap around deck providing beautiful views of the lake and wildlife. The public launch ramp and fishing dock is right in your front yard. Tuft and Needle beds in the Master (King) and 2nd bedroom (Queen). Full size bunk beds in 3rd bedroom (for children only or smaller adults). *Free WiFi*

We have window AC units located in the main living room and master bedroom & 2nd Bedroom for when the temps get a little uncomfortable.

This manufactured home is situated at the northern end of Rainbow Lake in an established setting and I can guarantee it is CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. Those are my two priorities in which I look for myself when renting a vacation home, which is why we went to the expense of providing a quality cleaning service and purchasing brand new comfortable beds.

We are huge Dog lover's and believe everyone should be allowed to bring their furry kids with them on vacation, however due to prior inconsiderate guests with pets who have damaged the property and unable to pick up after their animals, I am now forced to charge a pet fee of $30 ( Per Dog ) (dogs only). We just installed a fence around the property so no worries if you wish to leave your pets outside, they will be properly secured. Also being up in the Mountains, there are natures insects and animals in the area so stay alert. At busy times the traffic in the vicinity can get pretty hectic.

You can't beat the beautiful views of the lake while watching the Eagles, ducks, swans, herrings and other wildlife in the area. The lake is stocked with fish and you might even spot the beaver that lives in the lower lake. The spill way (or dam) connects you to the other side of the lake for great walks into the forest campground.

I have the cabin next door (listing # 2432108) which you can check out the reviews, and then rent both for a great Family event. Plenty of parking so bring your fishing poles and boat up to have some fun in the beautiful White Mountains!!

The house smelled like urine. We enjoyed playing Rumicub on the patio in the afternoon, but inside enjoyment was limited due to the smell. There is no dishwasher so while doing dishes we were looking for the drying rack. It was under the sink with a layer of dust and dog hair on it. Made me also question if the other dishes were in fact clean. The owner was very communicative and the check in and out process was very smooth and easy.

We loved our stay. House was clean, location was awesome. Boat rental within walking distance. Our dog and son loved the large, grassy fully fenced yard. The porch was so nice. First, the host was the most accessible and responsive host we have dealt with in the 7 trips we have made to the White Mountains. The kitchen, bathrooms, floors were all clean. The large yard for the dogs was great. The locations is both a plus and a minus. Access to the lake for our kayaks was a huge plus. No need to load and unload from a car. The minus was the noise factor - not so much from lake access parking lot (even though it could be extremely busy, particularly on weekends), but from the traffic turning the corner. Unfortunately, there are way too many yahoos living here that love to alter their car mufflers and happy to let you hear it. This was primarily a daytime problem while sitting on the deck - it quieted down at night. The bottom line however is probably value and for lake access, there is nothing close with regard to value.

Great Location!

The grandkids loved it. Easy access to Rainbow Lake and plenty of room. We had everything we needed. Ron was an excellent communicator from the moment I booked and through checkout. People in the neighborhood were friendly, including the sheriffs who were looking for the stop sign runners. My family provided water and snacks to the deputies to say thanks. We would choose this property again.

Perfect getaway for people and their pets!

This is our second stay at this pet friendly oasis right on Rainbow Lake. We love eating out on the front deck overlooking the Lake while our fur babies run and play in the fenced in yard. Plus, the location is so ideally located to nearby restaurants, trails and shopping. We will be back next year!

Great stay by the lake!

House was exactly as listed, owner was super accommodating, and we had a very pleasant stay! Lake is right across the street which made it easy for fishing and taking the little one to feed the ducks. Would recommend and stay again!

Well equiped and clean property. Super pet friendly with lovely deck, view and access to lake. Close to everything and yet far enough from the road. Plenty of games and huge yard for dogs. Kitchen equiped sufficiently for quick meals. Beds big and comfortable. Overall well worth the price
