This home is also perfectly located close to state game-lands for the hunters in the winter and snow activities at local mountain resorts. Inside, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath home offers room for the whole family and then some. With generous living spaces, including a bright and airy living room, a cozy family room, cafe, and a dining area that flows seamlessly into the modern kitchen. There is ample space to entertain, work and unwind. Plus, nearby Lake Wallenpaupack activities are as far reaching as its sprawling 5,700 acres are sure to please the whole family. The lake is bordered by the charming small towns of Hawley & Honesdale to the north and many more local hubs all harboring great attractions, restaurants and shops. This property is perfect for out of town guest that need a place to stay while attending local events like family reunions , weddings , seasonal events .

The house was wonderful and comfortably accommodated my large family. We had a great time using the outdoor space and really enjoyed our time there. It was quiet enough to get away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to grocery stores and other places. Check-in was also easy and the host was very communicative.

No neighbors- A private secluded oasis all to yourself

The place is fantastic - it’s set on multiple scenic ponds. It’s like a park - set back from the road in your own area.I highly recommend it

Scott's place was perfect overflow for our family reunion. While we didn't get to avail ourselves of the full features of the property, the teenage boys enjoyed the pool table and fishing in the ponds (all fish released). Looking forward to staying again.

Wonderful experience

My siblings and I , along with our children, stayed in the home while visiting our parents for the holidays who live right down the street. It was the perfect place to stay for a few nights. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were spacious and the living room was a great place to gather around the wood burning fireplace. The owner was so accommodating and quick to respond with any questions. Will definitely stay here again.

Spacious and secluded

This property is amazing! it is peaceful and secluded The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated and the furniture and beds are very comfortable . my grandchildren enjoyed fishing in the ponds . My family and I had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend!

Lake House for a Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Lakeville. The house was large enough to accommodate our family and we had plenty of room to spread out. The proximity to Lake Wallenpaupak made fishing the lake convenient however, we also enjoyed the ability to fish the two ponds on the property. We did have an issue with losing the hot water in the house after the first day. The property manager was responsive to our messages and offered to have a plumber come out the next day. We would definitely consider staying at this property again. We had a great time.

Family vacations

We really enjoyed our stay at this residence. We were a large family group with 7 children, and we had a great time. We didn't need to go to other places to entertain the children; we fished, played volleyball, soccer, and rode bicycles. The property has enough space to do all these activities. Highly recommended if you need to go to the Poconos to relax with family.
