Characteristic mountain chalet, located at 1,000 meters above sea level, surrounded by unspoiled woods and meadows, at the gateway to the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park. Its location is particularly strategic, being equidistant (20 km) from three charming towns rich in history and tradition: Feltre, Fiera di Primiero and Castel Tesino.
From here, numerous routes lead to wonderful excursions through mountain landscapes with rivers, streams and lakes. The chalet is also an excellent starting point for day trips to some of the most beautiful destinations in Veneto and Trentino: Venice (120 km), Vicenza and Treviso (85 km), Belluno (55 km).
Sports enthusiasts will find plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities: hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, paragliding, cycling and canoeing.
The house, secluded and quiet, features a garden equipped with a table, barbecue, deck chairs and a swing, ideal for enjoying moments of true relaxation, listening only to the song of birds and admiring the starry sky. Guests also have access to a small vegetable garden, where they can pick seasonal produce.
To reach the chalet, it is necessary to drive about 6 km along a narrow mountain road, from which a private 400-meter stretch leads directly to the property. A private car is essential. Before arrival, it is important to contact the owner to arrange the meeting time at the designated point, as he will accompany you to the chalet.
The water supply comes from a monitored private well: it can be used for cooking, but it is not drinkable.
For safety reasons, it is not permitted to charge electric cars using the house’s power supply, and guests are kindly asked not to overload the electrical system by using too many appliances at the same time.

The cabin is on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with access to the furnished patio, a bathroom and a cosy living room with a fireplace, the true heart of the house and perfect for convivial evenings. The first floor is accessed via a steep staircase. Here, the sleeping area comprises two connecting bedrooms: a double bedroom and a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bedrooms also have direct access from the outside for added convenience.
