This seaside house enjoys an exceptional location, just 200 meters from the beach "Plage du Gouerou", in Finistère.

A few steps away from the cottage, a small path will take you directly to the sea where you can enjoy a very beautiful wild and isolated beach, as well as magnificent walks or bike rides.

This fully equipped holiday home will offer you quality services for an unforgettable stay in Brittany.

The large, bright living room consists of a lounge area comfortable with a wood stove, television, books and board games, a dining area with a second stove and a fully open kitchen equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave).

The mezzanine accessible by a ladder offers a lovely sea view and a peaceful corner for reading, board games or relaxing (removable ladder on request for the safety of toddlers).

This cottage can accommodate up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms.

On the ground floor: a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a baby cot.

Upstairs: a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a sea view bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), with a desk to work facing the sea.

A bathroom with bathtub completes the floor.

The quality bedding made in France has been carefully selected to ensure you have the most relaxing vacation.

You will find everything you need for young children: baby cot, travel cot, changing mat, sleeping bags or small duvet, high chairs, potties and toys for different ages.

The house is equipped with wifi (Fiber internet very high-speed), a television and a stereo hi-fi.

A small laundry room with washing machine and dryer is located next to the kitchen.
