Apartment 'Andreas - Gallhof' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Shared Garden

Located about 1,230 m above Völlan, surrounded by forests, mountains, meadows, and old farms, the quiet and elevated Andreas holiday apartment awaits you at the idyllic Gallhof. The Gallhof is accessible via a mountain road similar to a pass road. The apartment features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms (one with two single beds), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Wi-Fi and TV are included. Relax on your spacious private terrace with garden furniture and enjoy views of the Dolomites and the city of Bolzano. A whirlpool and sauna are available to guests year-round (use by signing up on a list to reserve private times). Bed linen and towels are provided, but no toiletries are available. The property is remote and elevated, but the nearest supermarket is just 10 minutes (4.2 km) away by car. Merano is a 29-minute drive (18.3 km), and Bolzano is 40 minutes (38.1 km) away. Grocery stores in the nearby village of Lana are open on Saturdays and Sundays and can be reached in 18 minutes. Parking is available on the property. Breakfast and dinner (delivery service) are available on request and with advance order; last-minute orders are not possible. Breakfast can be ordered by 11 a.m. the day before and is delivered between 8 and 9 a.m. For dinner, a selection of traditional Tyrolean dishes is available, served in the apartment at 6 or 7 p.m. There is no restaurant room. Service cannot be guaranteed in case of illness or emergencies. Dogs are allowed (for an extra fee). A Mobilcard is included. If you enjoy peace and few people around you, this is the perfect place.
