Check in time is 4:00, was after 5:00 before our room was ready. Had to go ask for linens for the sofa bed. Selected this hotel because of the indoor pool. THEY HAVE NO INDOOR POOL!! When asked I was told the website wasn’t updated. That pool has been gone for awhile and they still have pics and info on the website. At least the breakfast staff was awesome!!
