there for my mothers funeral. pleased with cleanliness - interesting have been at other hotels including holiday Inn that were not well maintained so i deduce that it depends on who owns the franchise that makes the difference. this was nice especially for why we were in Lancaster.

Under construction - great staff. Needs some work

Wonderful and friendly staff. Stayed in a 3rd floor suite. Something noisy on roof. Heater/AC works well but when it stops it makes a very odd and pretty load noise that sounds like an animal crying. Thinking it was some kind of air discharge. Odd yes, but that was the sound.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the shower was stained. The walls were paper thin and we could everything in the next room - it was hard to get a good night's sleep with all the noise from next door.
