The nonworking heat and the water was lukewarm and smelled of sulfur. They need to do maintenance and get a water filter

Thank you for sharing your concerns. I did reach out to you, but got no response. After we showed you how to work the fireplace it heated up quickly. The water issue was my mistake and I apologize. I had wished you would have alerted us sooner about this problem. MIke
