The historic building is located in a listed, renovated town house from 1907. The accommodation is on the ground floor and is always very bright and friendly due to the corner location, the 4 meter high ceilings and the many windows.



The apartment has two bedrooms and a huge living room with two spacious sofa beds (L/W: 240x110cm), one armchair bed and oak floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.

The complete equipment of the apartment has been deliberately chosen to be very high quality. It has DELUXE KING-Size box spring beds (180cm x 200cm) in hotel quality, a 65 inch Smart TV with Netflix, high-speed WiFi and many other amenities.

KITCHEN:
Open design kitchen with an spacious dining area and huge solid maple wood table for up to 8 people.



BATH:
The spacious feel-good bathroom is completely new and has a walk-in shower. Of course we also provide fresh towels and all important things like shower gel & shampoo.

PARKING SPOT:
Paid parking lot available. Daily fee is EUR 5 from Monday to Saturday.
