The check in agent was a TERRIBLE person to represent your establishment first of all. Luckily the gentleman I checked out with completely agreed with us about that same employee we had at check in. Our window fell into our room out of its track when I went to get ice. Room was clean but in terrible disrepair.

Staff we dealt with were nice and they took care of our requests nicely (sheets for pull out couch and toothbrush/toothpaste). Breakfast was decent.
Ground floor windows didn't lock. Shower pressure was a heavy mist. No working fan in bathroom. Pool looked disgusting.
