The room was clean, but the shampoo had soap in it, the exact same as the body wash. There was a lot of activity at night with various arguments and slamming doors. I was near the university, so expected some of this. In the morning there was a giant pile of groceries in the parking lot and more people arguing. 😳😞 I hope they were able to save their food. Otherwise, It was fine. I was just sleeping there.

The front desk staff were kind and helpful, no complaints with them, I know there's only so much they can do. The first room I was in was horrific. Filthy and smelled SO bad. I was going to suck it up and stay in the room anyway, but then found the toilet didn't work. Front desk helped me swap rooms. Second room smelled much better, but was also extremely filthy. This was my second bad experience with this location, I will not be returning.

Room had a very strong smell of smoke, sheets had stains, comforters were ripped, floor was dirty, there was a hole in the wall, and the TV flickered on and off and did not work. There were people in the office trying to get refunds on their rooms. Need I say more…

Stinky and not clean

It was not a great stay. Checkin was smooth but once in the room it was awful. Barley took a step in and it smelled VERY bad. It smelled like 10 dogs had been locked in there. There was even claw marks in the drywall. Went to talk to front desk and he said it was a dog friendly hotel and didn’t really care about our concern. Said no other rooms available. Didn’t even offer anything for the smell. We then had to go back to him and ask for toilet paper because there was none. We didn’t even have towels in the room. We also didn’t have a trash can. It was clearly not cleaned properly. There was even dog hair still on the floor. I get being pet friendly but have proper cleaning products for this. The smell and clueless was absolutely awful. On top of this the attendant seemed annoyed by our is asking for the literal bare minimum. Photo of the dog claw marks in the wall next to the bed.

Everything was good. While I stayed they where paving the parking lot. And i had killed a few stink bugs. Other then that everything was pretty good. Building could use an update for sure but atleast the bed was comfy.
