The Space:

Villa Elise is a modern and beautifully presented 2-bedroom villa located in the highly sought-after Playa Rubicon area of Playa Blanca, just a short walk from Marina Rubicon, nearby beaches, and the stunning coastal promenade.



Set over two floors, the villa offers bright and comfortable living spaces designed for relaxed holiday living, making it a wonderful choice for couples, families, or small groups of friends looking to enjoy Lanzarote’s sunshine and laid-back atmosphere.



Upstairs, both bedrooms are spacious, light, and thoughtfully furnished. The master bedroom features a large king-size bed and direct access to the upper terrace, where a table and chairs provide the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the evening sunshine or watch the sun setting in the distance. The second bedroom is a comfortable twin room with its own ensuite bathroom and access to the same upper terrace area.



Both bedrooms benefit from air conditioning available via a coin-operated system.



Downstairs, the villa has a welcoming open-plan feel with a fully equipped modern kitchen designed to make holiday living easy and comfortable. Glass doors lead directly from the kitchen to the outdoor BBQ and dining area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow ideal for relaxed meals and evenings spent outside.



The comfortable lounge area features two large sofas, air conditioning, satellite TV with a wide selection of channels, a DVD player, and free WiFi throughout the villa. From the lounge, you can look directly out towards the pool and terrace area, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere throughout the day.



Outside, Villa Elise enjoys a sunny south-facing terrace with a private heated swimming pool and plenty of space for relaxing in the sunshine. The outdoor dining and BBQ area provides a wonderful setting for long relaxed evenings enjoying Lanzarote’s warm climate.

Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the villa and outdoor areas, offering a comfortable and private setting throughout your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The villa’s location is one of its biggest attractions. The nearest beach is approximately a 5-minute walk away, while the promenade offers scenic coastal walks stretching through Marina Rubicon and all the way into the centre of Playa Blanca. Along the way, you’ll find a fantastic selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and family-friendly attractions including mini golf, parks, and community leisure facilities.



In the opposite direction, the famous Papagayo Beaches can be reached on foot in around 20 minutes, making Villa Elise an excellent base for beach lovers and walkers alike.



Getting Around:

The taxi rank is just 5 minutes away with taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island. If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

We have a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace using a secure digital lock. Your personal access code will be provided once your online check-in is complete.
