The Villa have air condition, Wi-Fi connection, game room with Play Station 2 and pool /ping-pong table, private heated pool from November to May included with your reservation (from June to October only under request with extra charge), chimney, iron, safe, open car parking area next to Villa, TV with satellite (Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French).



Independent kitchen with ceramic hobs, equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dinner dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The villa is located in a quiet residential area with community pool & tennis court. You will also have special towels for exclusive use in the pool of the property.

Information of interest:



Playa Blanca is located south of the island of Lanzarote. It is the third most important tourist enclave of the island. It belongs to the municipality of Yaiza and in recent decades has experienced a boom in the tourism sector that has made it a point of note and of great interest to those who visit the island.



A small sandy beach located in the center of town gives its name to the place. With a marked fishing tradition, the town of Playa Blanca has gone from being an almost non-existent place to become a point of interest not only tourist but also cultural, whose port allows maritime connection with the neighboring island of Fuerteventura.



The paradisiacal beaches of Papagayo, where the first documented conquerors entered, continue to maintain a halo of mystery as they are located within the Ajaches Natural Monument with its almost two kilometers where you will find several coves of golden sand and turquoise waters.



Playa Blanca has an extensive promenade that borders almost all its coastline and will allow you to enjoy walks that will take you from the Coloradas to the Pechiguera Lighthouse, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.



From Playa Blanca it is easy to travel to visit the island by car. You will find the Timanfaya National Park just 20 minutes away, within which are the Montañas del Fuego, one of the enclave points of the island that should not be missed during your visit as well as the coastal area of Los Hervideros - El Golfo.

The island has 9 official Tourist Centers and on its website cactlanzarote has all the information you need.



We also recommend a visit to the César Manrique Foundation where you can learn a lot about this local artist whose architectural and sculptural works are visible throughout the island of Lanzarote.

Lovely villa. The only criticism is that the pictures showed a games room with a pool table but there wasn’t one . Enjoyable stay non the less.

The location was perfect - close to amenities but in a quiet neighbourhood. The outside space: great pool, sunbeds, outside seating areas, games room. Outside toilet and shower very useful. Comfortable beds and sofas. Constant hot water. Brilliant washing machine. Communication with Dream Homes - especially Guja. The kitchen and bathrooms, which could do with a bit of updating.

Great Location lovely villa

Fantastic location. The villa is well equipped. Outside space is excellent with comfortable sitting areas. Some of the facilities could do with a refresh. The communal bathroom shower tray is leaking. The ensuite bathroom really needs a shower curtain. If you use the ensuite shower it floods the bathroom. There is a shortage of certain items of crokery. There is only 3 coral bowls.

Fantastic Holiday

From start to finish we had a great time. Can’t recommend the management company enough - we had to postpone our trip twice - originally due to travel in the height of Covid - never any issues in honouring our booking and their communication has always been very quick. The villa itself is starting to get a little dated on the inside BUT the location, size of outside space and the actual outside facilities more than makes up for this - I’ve never had a full on outdoor kitchen before with electric oven and hob! We also never ran out of hot water which has sometimes been an issue in other villas when there are 6 of us showering each day. The pool was great and the kids loved the playroom and complete package of internet TV (sports, movies etc) It’s a gentle 10 min walk into the centre of town - we often stopped off midway at either the bar in the Las Brisas complex or the Tikki bar which is behind the main SuperDino shop. All in all a fabulous holiday. Thank you for letting us enjoy your villa.

Lovely large property

The property was well located in quiet area about 15 minutes walk from town centre. Great outside space with decent heated pool (in February for us). Spacious and good layout inside as well, easily takes 8 adults. No mention of the house alarm in any of the property arrival information so we were caught unaware and it took a while to figure out how to switch off with key fob. …so be warned!

Beautiful Villa in an excellant location

Beautiful exceptional clean villa in an excellant quite location. 5 minutes walk to the center of Playa Blanca, supermarkets and restaurants. Outside area is larger than most villas with loads of sitting outside space. We had a couple of minor problems with the villa which were speedily fixed by the agents. No real negatives. Couple of the white goods toaster, kettle could do with an update.

La villa è grande e accogliente. La posizione è strategica perché consente di raggiungere il centro di Playa Blanca a piedi. 2 bagni, di cui 1 inserito in una camera da letto, sono pochi per una villa del genere. Un terzo bagnetto di servizio, all'esterno vicino alla piscina ...non è comodo.

This Villa had everything your family needed. Fully stocked kitchen. AC in every bedroom and living room. The pool was great. Great BBQ outside and very good outside furniture. Overall very nice.
