In the peaceful hamlet of Kerdreff, this 2-bedroom longère is ideal for holidays thanks to its location close to the beaches and amenities. It comprises a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) opening onto a living room which leads to a terrace and private enclosed garden. The separate WC has a washbasin and a washing machine. Upstairs, the landing with a built-in wardrobe leads to two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160cm) and the other with a double bed (140cm). There is also a shower room with a WC. The property benefits from covered parking and faces south. The garden includes a picnic table, a barbecue, and a garden shed.
