The lower floor features a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious, cozy living room with a Smart TV. This level is ideal for guests who prefer a comfortable living space without stairs.
The first floor, designed with different levels to ensure privacy and harmony, includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a desk, making it perfect for remote work with 600 Mb/s fiber optic Wi-Fi. The second bedroom offers a double bed. Additionally, the layout includes multiple storage spaces, ensuring organization and convenience during the stay.
On the third floor, the spectacular 95 m² rooftop terrace becomes the perfect retreat for relaxation.
