Schönes Appartement mit toller Aussicht und guter Ausstattung. Alles war vorhanden bis auf einen Wasserkocher. Aber das Wasser fĂŒr den Tee haben wir uns dann auf dem Herd gekocht. Sauberkeit war auch gut- wir hĂ€tten uns jedoch gewĂŒnscht, dass man uns informiert wann sauber gemacht wird.
Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet-die Wandfliesen im Bad sind ein Traum. Tolle Beleuchtung sogar auf dem Balkon. Wir hoffen, dass das GebĂ€ude instand gehalten wird und das die Sauberkeit ebenso anspruchsvoll bleibt wie die Einrichtung. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder buchen.
The check-in process at this property is unacceptable, especially for travelers without internet access. The only way to check in is online, and if you are fortunate enough to find the property managerâwhich Expedia lists as a 4-star establishmentâthey will tell you thereâs nothing they can do unless you complete the check-in yourself online. If you donât have internet access, thatâs simply âyour problem.â
On Expediaâs website, I paid for an Ocean View Room, which turned out to be false and misleading advertising. No room at this property offers any ocean view whatsoever. I contacted Expedia to report this issue and provided photo evidence proving my claim. In response, Expedia credited only $25 in points to my account and said they would âescalate the case,â which, based on past experience, means I will never receive a proper follow-up. Every time Expedia âescalatesâ a matter, no one ever responds.
Conclusion: The âOcean View Roomâ does not existâit is outright fraud and a total scam. This property is not a 4-star accommodation as advertised on Expedia. It offers no amenities, no reception support, no room phones, and no cleaning service. Guests are essentially left on their own. This experience represents a clear case of false advertising and negligence, and I expect a full investigation and refund.
Disappointed overall. Issues with checkin as no link sent to do it online, the (virtual) hotel reception were helpful but it was stress I did not need. The WiFi did not get sorted until late afternoon then day after I checked in and to top it off, the balcony window shutter collapsed when I was putting it down on my last evening. This is a new place and I wish them well but I felt like it was unfinished and overall I was disappointed.
